Fall Sports Registration: 
May 1st- May 8th, 2010
Monday-Friday: 9am- 5pm
Thursday: 9am-7pm
Saturdays: 9am-1pm

Baseball/Softball- $70.00
Soccer-$70.00 (Soccer age 4-5-$40)
Football-$70.00 (includes jersey and use of helmet, pads & pants) 
Cheerleading-$75.00 (includes uniform & pom poms)
Adult Flag Football- $500 per Team

Registration will be held @:
Meridian Community Center-770-266-1650
Felker Community Center-770-267-7525
South Walton Park-770-464-3374

Each participant must submit a copy of his/her birth certificate
Registration Fees are doubled for out-of-county residents
Participants are urged to register early. Late registration depends on available space, individuals may be placed on a waiting list.
